We have simplified our account menu to be as easy and painless as possible. In the
Profile screen you may change your name and add your telephone number if you so wish.
You may not change your email address with this system.
The area labeled "Current Membership" below advises you of your current membership level
and your billing dates.
In this field you may select your desired subscription level. We process all
payments securely through Paypal.
When your desired membership has been selected, your credit card will be billed
accordingly. Recurring payments are processed each month on the day you
initiated your plan.
You may "upgrade" to any plan throughout the month and your upgrade charges
will appear on your credit card statement. Downgrading your membership level in
the middle of a billing cycle will not take effect until beginning of the new billing
cycle.
This screen shows your current credit card on file and may be updated at any
time. Your transaction will be processed by PayPal and you will automatically
be billed on the beginning of each new billing cycle.
Should you decide to terminate your subscription level for any reason, please
follow the link to "Membership Plan" and select "Cancel my subscription". When
your billing period ends you will only be allowed to view past race reports and your
automatic billing will end.
In this area you will be able to view your totals charges for the month. In this
example the user began with the Daily Double plan, upgraded to the Pick 4 plan
then added the Par Times and finally upgrade to the unlimited plan all on the same
day for a total of $53.98 for the month.
Remember downgrades will not take effect until the new billing cycle begins!
