Part 1 of how to use Program Performance tool
|
|
We've seen what the reports can do out of the box at
certain tracks but what if a track posts lousy results?
Below is a report ran for GP in the winter months of
2006-2007.
Here is where the power of the Program Performance
tool comes into play. Let's not write GP off for the meet
just yet. Look at all races with males only.
Let's add Dry tracks and use the sprint races. OK the
results are NOT promising so let's change this to routes.
Use this report to find various categories of races that show a
profit which allow you to limit your selections to the profitable
profiles.
Never look at the overall results of the Program
Performance tool for a given track and refuse to wager.
Research the various factors using different filters in
order to find profitable spots in which to make a wager.
The ratings are very dynamic and the Program Performance
tool helps you sort out the profitable trends over a long term.
