We take the average purse level at a track and use this as our starting point. We
then classify the different purse levels into groups and use their grouping to assign
class levels for a track. Currently we have the ability to go in and manually
change the class level assignment. Should you feel a particular track you play

Our class level pars directly tie into our Speed\Pace ratings and helps us make our
track to track adjustments.
